We are confident you will love your goodies, but please select your items carefully as we do not give refunds for change of mind. As a small business, customer service is our top priority so we will do all we can to ensure your experience is always positive!
Earthly Goddess Creations is not held responsible for items damaged in transit, and you will need to contact the shipping company directly and lodge your complaint with them. If there are any concerns with your order, please email us within 3 days of receiving your parcel so we can help!
Refunds/Exchanges
Please make any refund/exchange requests in writing to earthlygoddesscreations90@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once goods have been received in sellable, unused and undamaged condition we will email you with approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be credited to your original payment method. There are no refunds on sale items. If you receive a refund shipping is covered by us. Please send via tracked post when returning items. We will see to it that the refund is complete as soon as we can.

Shipping Policy
Postage is calculated based on weight. General shipping is $10, extra weight is $12. Express postage general is $15, extra weight is $18.
Note: extra weight shipping is for orders with bulk eg. wax warmers.
Orders over $100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING - enter the code FREESHIP at checkout!
All orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days (unless you are contacted otherwise) through Australia Post with tracking.
Delivery times through Australia Post regular postage are 7-14 days (please make considerations for peak times). If there are any concerns with your delivery please contact us directly on earthlygoddesscreations90@gmail.com or contact Australia Post.
Express post is available - choose this option during checkout. Please note Australia Post no longer guarantees overnight delivery, but it will be quicker than regular post.
